Decades ago, while earning a degree in liberal arts his passion for home building emerged and inspired him to enter the construction industry as a carpenter. In that role he interacted directly with the other technical tradesmen.
Robert’s inclination for managing projects and people helped him climb the ranks in residential remodeling and new home construction from journeyman carpenter to project manager and eventually owner. In 2002, with over 15 years of experience, Robert joined Heuer & Company as a project manager on a variety of commercial projects. His business development efforts, leadership ability and team approach continue to foster the growth of the firm.
Robert is and has been involved with several men’s groups in faith-based organizations that strengthen his personal relationships and provide the forums to offer service and support to those in need. He is a longstanding allied member of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey and has served as a member of the Bergen County Salvation Army Advisory Board as well as a committee member for many years with the Executives Association of NJ.
