Mark is an integral member of the project management team at Heuer and has been since 2005. He brings over 40 years of carpentry and construction management expertise to his current role as General Superintendent. In this capacity he is responsible for oversight of construction operations with a focus on meeting the project’s delivery date and maintaining consistent standards across all projects with respect to quality, fit and finish.
His strong leadership abilities, technical savvy, organization, time management and client service skills contribute to the successful completion of all projects. Mark maintains a working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, and shop drawings, verifies scope of work, performs site visits, resolves discrepancies between plans and existing conditions and manages punch list and warranty issues as needed.
