Gary Glueck, Architecture and EMR Engineering and Design, PLLC The challenge To create a first-class medical facility within an existing structure by providing leadership across all the varied parties to the project. We worked with the design team, retail store fixture manufacturer FC Dadson, Specialty medical equipment providers including X-Ray, all mechanical trades, all finish trades and coordinated the final furniture, fixtures, and equipment placement. The result We met the challenge by performing all that was required of us directly and by providing leadership on all the other aspects being provided by others All work was successfully performed and inspected according to stringent regulations by the various state and local authorities having jurisdiction We produced all interior renovations performed including their branded radius wall sections We provided all new plumbing, electrical systems and completed the ducting of the existing rooftop HVAC systems. A business relationship that yielded other projects in NJ with both the client and the architect
